If you are interested in being part of the solution and not part of the problem, the Collaborative Law Process is for you. Collaborative Law allows you and your spouse, with the assistance of trained professionals, to develop a plan that best suits your family’s needs. Collaborative Law reduces the financial and emotional costs to your family during an otherwise difficult time. The process recognizes that with cooperation, a divorce, while a major life altering event, should not devastate your family.
