Profession(s)
LawyerAs a collaborative family law attorney, I focus all my time on those who chose an alternative dispute resolution process. My experience as a traditional divorce lawyer, representing spouses and children in litigated matters, has led me to truly appreciate client-centered approach and the interest-based discussions that are fundamental to the collaborative process. My background includes work as law assistant to a judge with a heavy divorce calendar, and in that capacity I mediated many divorce settlements for the court. Given my extensive and well-rounded experience in family law, I have the skills and motivation to effectively represent those choosing collaborative law.
