Lawyer, MediatorAfter more than thirty years practicing family law I have concluded that the collaborative law process is truly the least painful method for resolving most family law disputes. I continue with my work to expand my collaborative law practice. As the former (first) chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Collaborative Law Committee and now an active member, I am also continuing my effort to expand the use of collaborative practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our committee has grown to more than 120 members, many of whom are very active on various subcommittees pursuing the mission of the committee. Most recently, our committee was instrumental in pursuing passage of the Pennsylvania Collaborative Law Act on June 28, 2018.
