We are pleased to share that IACP has just launched a search for an Executive Director. We are seeking a hands-on staff leader to operationalize our new three-year Strategic Plan, supporting our international board and volunteer-led committees alongside a “small but mighty” US-based staff.
The ideal candidate is a relational facilitator and systems builder. The Executive Director will be actively working to create and manage budgets, operational plans, and systems upgrades, iteratively partnering with the board of directors to support decision-making. Successful candidates will bring revenue generation experience within a membership organization and/or program-driven organization. Meanwhile, the Executive Director will maintain a high-level, long-term view of IACP’s governance and goals, particularly with a focus on growing membership through the board’s proactive outreach.

This position is remote, based in the United States, with a flexible schedule and minimal travel. Salary range is $115K-145K (depending on experience).
