Much like a book club, we will share recommended articles, blog posts, or podcasts ahead of each meeting, inviting you to join the conversation.
For December, our session is titled "Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements." Explore how prenuptial and postnuptial agreements can be crafted using the Collaborative Process with Rachel Hernandez, Attorney and Mediator. Together, we'll examine how couples can address financial matters in a way that supports both partners, whether they’re planning their future or navigating a difficult moment in their marriage.
