LawyerI have been practising Family Law for over 20 years and am acredited by the Law Society of Scotland in Family Law and Child law. I am committed to helping clients reach workable solutions whilst keeping family relationships intact. I introduced collaborative practive to Scotland in 2003 and remain heavily involved as treasurer of the Scottish practice group and as Secretary of the IACP. I have conducted a significant amount of collaborative cases and remain convinced that this is the best means of dispute resolution for most families.

Having trained in London in 2004, I was instrumental in bringing collaborative law to Scotland. Since then, I have been on the board of the SCFLG and have been chair since 2006.
