Our family foundation has created the free, uniquely interactive websites www.UpToParents.org (for parents in divorce cases), www.ProudToParent.org (for parents in paternity cases), and www.WhileWeHeal (for parents interested in protecting their children and family relationships as they work through marital challenges). My wife (Barb) and I, as well as all our volunteers and supporters, hope that Collaborative professionals will make full use of these resources. Comments

My hope is that Collaborative Law can be part of the larger effort to help parents in divorce and similar crises to see that their best interests are overwhelmingly mutual rather in conflict. As part of that hope Barb and I have committed to making more Collaborative Professionals aware of the power of www.UpToParents.org in assisting parents to unite to serve the best interests of their children. My experience in family mediation has convinced me that, if given a chance, most parents are willing to build a good co-parenting partnership to protect and nurture their children.
