Profession(s)
Mental Health ProfessionalI have been a licensed, practicing therapist for over 30 years, holding an M.S.Ed. in Counseling Psychology. I provide evidence-based individual, couple and family therapy, as well as co-parent counseling. As a trained Family Mediator and Collaborative Divorce Professional, I participate on an interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce team as a mental health neutral, coaching families as they move through the transition of divorce. My commitment is to lead your team in creating a space for you to more peacefully move through your divorce, providing a framework where the process creates a smaller footprint for you and your family moving forward. Restructuring a family provides the opportunity to define what the word divorce means for your family. This is a personal decision, and one that will have long-lasting impact on your children as you navigate conflict and move toward healing. As co-founder of Changing Families, I delivered the CT Judicial Branch-approved Parenting Education Program for 11 years, am on the Executive Board of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce, and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. For 18 years, I have offered my services throughout Fairfield County. I see clients in my Fairfield office, as well as remotely.
