Profession(s)
Lawyer, MediatorI am a collaborative attorney and mediator practicing in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and the North Fork of Long Island. My practice focuses on family and couples conflicts, including in the LGBTQI and the trans communities, divorce, separation and custody and visitation/parenting plans, including relocation, and pre and post nuptial agreements. I firmly believe that the collaborative process, where the parties shape and determine the results, is a far more effective method of resolving conflict than litigating in the traditional court system, and a process that can allow you to maintain your relationships and produce agreements that best serve the interests of you and your family.
