Profession(s)
Financial ProfessionalI’m deeply dedicated to financial education, empowerment, and client advocacy, especially during the divorce process. Divorce is likely the largest financial transaction a client will make during their lifetime. Providing a sustainable settlement agreement will provide a better outcome for each spouse and the children involved.
How I work with clients:
Step 1: Identify- We’ll identify what is most important to each client emotionally, financially, and legally. We work to identify post-divorce financial and family goals.
Step 2: Discover- We’ll work closely to gather relevant data around current assets, debts, income and expense with a focus on open communication between spouses.
Step 3: Analyze- Together, the entire Collaborative Team will then review the documents we’ve prepared to confirm asset values, and community and separate property interests.
Step4: Outcome- Together, you will agree on a settlement proposal that provides each person with a sustainable post-divorce lifestyle based on what is most important to them.
