Profession(s)
Lawyer, MediatorAt Mindful Divorce we have three main areas of practice: Collaborative Divorce; Mediation and "Kitchen table" divorce. Collaborative Divorce is a team-based approach to creating an outcome that is the highest good for all concerned. We have over 25 years of Mediation experience. We also serve as advisory attorneys to parties who are in mediation and need legal advice and coaching. Some couples have already arrived at the terms of their settlement and just need an attorney to create the legally binding settlement documents and obtain the divorce decree. This is the "kitchen table" divorce we assist in.
