As a business advisor and chartered business valuator (CBV), my practice involves supporting counsel, their clients and business owners in our community navigate a wide variety matters, including; litigation support, valuations, corporate finance (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, raising capital) and financial modelling.

With over 7 years of combined litigation support and financial advisory experience, I have assisted counsel and their clients in the preparation of numerous Expert Reports determining guideline income as well as quantifying economic damages and assessments of financial need. I have prepared valuation reports and estimates of fair market value for a variety of purposes including the equitable division of matrimonial property, the resolution of shareholder disputes, the purchase or sale of a business, corporate reorganizations and related party transactions.
