Valerie Weaver

Active family law attorney, certified mediator and collaborative professional in Brevard County, Florida. After becoming a licensed attorney in 1999 Mrs. Weaver spent 6 years as a prosecuting attorney at the Brevard and Volusia County State Attorney's offices before beginning private family law practice in 2005. Mrs. Weaver began practicing collaborative law in 2007 and became one of the founding members of the Brevard Collaborative Association (local practice group) in 2018. She currently serves as an officer on the board of directors for the Brevard Collaborative Association.
