Yilin Yu

Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017, Yilin is a Senior Associate at Y N Foo & Partners. Her work focuses on family disputes involving complex issues including cross-jurisdictional, child abductions, and highly contested ancillary issues of asset division and children matters.

Her experience acting in these highly contested cases piqued her interest to explore collaborative practice as an alternative family dispute resolution, resulting in her accreditation to the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Yilin is an active member of the Malaysian Collaborative Practice Group and the Malaysian Bar Council Family Law Committee.
