I have decades of experience helping folks resolve differences and reduce conflict, both outside and within the court system - as a mediator, facilitator/coach, therapist, consultant, custody evaluator and attorney. I am an expert at understanding and working with hidden psychological dynamics that can freeze conflicts in place and at offering creative ways to meet otherwise unmet (and sometimes unnoticed) needs. My book, Protecting Yourself from Emotional Predators: Neutralize the Users, Abusers and Manipulators Hidden Among Us, offers a new paradigm for understanding and dealing with the most toxic people in our world.

I consult with folks throughout the English speaking world and am available via the internet to work with collaborative teams anywhere.
