Roja Safartabar

Roja is a senior associate in Farris’ litigation and family law groups. She has experience in a broad range of litigation matters including matters relating to matrimonial, estate and civil disputes.

Roja has worked on high-profile cases spanning national, international, and local levels. She has appeared and assisted in all levels of court in British Columbia. Roja has also participated in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation. Roja provides services to her clients from either a litigation or collaborative approach depending on the individual needs of her clients.

Roja has been accredited as a family law mediator. Roja’s family law practice includes all matters affecting families in British Columbia such as separation, divorce, property division, common law trusts, spousal support, child support, guardianship, residency, and parenting time. Roja has extensive experience working on complex files dealing with asset division, trusts and support issues. Roja’s practice also includes drafting cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements.
