Profession(s)
OtherIn addition to my extensive traditional real estate experience, I’m a trained Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) and a recognized expert in the practice of family law-based real estate sales across Florida.
As a neutral third party, I handle the sale of real property in family law cases. My job is to ensure the orders by the court are carried out, to see to it that all parties are treated fairly, their interests are protected, to market the property and negotiate between and for the parties so that no penny is left on the table.
I possess the skill and patience to provide successful real estate outcomes for my clients through my deep market knowledge and passion for helping people through challenging times.
My years as a divorce real estate expert have made me proficient in selling a home when divorce is a critical factor in the sale. My method of working with the divorcing couple, staging the house, and attention to detail are why I have become an in-demand Realtor.
Divorce can be a complex process, both financially and emotionally. My goal is to play my part in transforming the collaboration of real estate and family law professionals so that every divorcing couple gets the best possible outcome when untangling their home's legal, financial and emotional ties.
Real estate is typically the most valued asset in a divorce case, and family law professionals must have an experienced and knowledgeable professional at their fingertips. I'm passionate about being that resource by helping support and educate the family law community regarding everything real property related.
In addition to my love of helping people, I’m married with two adult children (Jacob and Ashley) and two miniature dachshunds (Leonardo and Piper).
