Daniel FitzPatrick

Dan FitzPatrick is an attorney and fiduciary expert with extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and related charitable entities, globally. As President of Northway Fiduciary Advisors, he provides guidance to trustees of personal trusts, executors of estates and family offices, and mediation and expert witness services in support of fiduciary-related dispute resolution. Dan has been recognized as a court-qualified expert in wealth management matters and has served as a testifying expert in multiple trust and estate cases in both state and federal courts. He is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), a Master Certified Independent Trustee (MCIT), and a columnist, panelist and author of articles published in The International Family Offices Journal and Trusts & Estates magazine. Prior to founding Northway, Dan held senior executive roles with JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and BNY Mellon, among others. Dan is a member of several nonprofit boards and committees and has held numerous leadership positions with industry associations and on professional and corporate boards.
