I am a Registered Counselling Therapist with The Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta. I am also a Registered Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist with The Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists.
I have over 20 years of experience. I am passionate about empowering individuals and couples in overcoming life's challenges and helping them improve their lives.

Counselling and or hypnotherapy sessions are client-centred, solution focused, safe, supportive and professional. Approaches may include emotion regulation - Dialectical Behavioural therapy - DBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
My background includes over 20 years as a counsellor, and have spent 17 years as a wellness consultant for staff and physicians at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, AB.

I have dedicated over 10 years of my career researching anxiety and panic disorders and have published a book helping people understand, manage and control anxiety and the symptoms that come along with it. One of my areas of focus is assisting parents / couples and individuals with conflict resolution, effective communication and emotional regulation.
