Jef Moddejonge

One of Kith + Kin LLP’s founding partners, Jef’s practice focuses exclusively on family law. Prior to law, Jef had a successful career in the field of social work and children’s mental health. A dynamic individual, he has filled numerous roles in that field from counsellor to program manager. Jef has also provided consulting services and crisis management training to children’s mental health agencies and is certified through Cornell University as a trainer in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Jef joins Kith + Kin LLP having previously spent time at a prestigious national law firm where he gained experience in resolving complex disputes through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He now draws on that experience, as well as his in-depth understanding of family dynamics and child development, to help his clients negotiate lasting settlements which provide for their children’s best interests.
