Elisabetta (Lisa) Valentini

Dott. Elisabetta Valentini graduated with honours (magna cum laude) at the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna in 1988 and since 1990 she runs her now very well established boutique law firm dealing all facets of civil practice and litigation and collaborating when necessary with prominent criminal and administrative law experts. In over 20 years of legal experience she has gained an outstanding reputation as a dedicated and competent litigator and is entitled to act in the Supreme Court. After specific training she is now in the process of shifting to collaborative law, mainly in family law matters, in order to provide the greatest value and long-term benefits to clients. Due to her bilingual upbringing she can conduct negotiations in both English and Italian making non-Italian speaking clients feel at ease with the collaborative process.
Elisabetta is very active in the local law community where in 2014 she was nominated the first woman President of the bar exams for the Trento Court of Appeal and she has recently been elected member of the Governing Council of the Civil Chambers of Trento. She also loves teaching and dedicates some of her time lecturing in the Post Graduate Legal Training School.
