My therapeutic approach is systemic: to examine and explore the individual, their family and community in a culturally appropriate way. Bowen Theory is the framework of my approach to therapy. My method of treatment involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation as well as Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.
I enjoy working with children and their families to help make better decisions that lead to improved functioning and reducing harm.
