LawyerAfter nearly 15 years litigating family law cases, Kathy began seeking ways to help families come through the divorce transition in healthier ways. She began working in collaborative divorce and mediation in 2017.
She is a member of IACP’s Leadership Academy Class of 2022.
She is on the Collaborative Practice California Board of Directors and is the 2023 President Elect. She also serves as the Co-chair of the Public Education and Divorce Options® Committees. She is a member of the Divorce With Respect WeekTM Committee and obtained the City of San Jose’s Divorce With Respect WeekTM 2021 proclamation.
Kathy is a frequent presenter of Divorce Options®, a workshop helping families better understand their divorce process choices and to better prepare for divorce in California.
