Profession(s)

Lawyer, Mediator

My Collaborative journey spans more than 20 years and 120 cases. I've been very active in the Collaborative community, leading our local practice group Collaborative Divorce Ottawa, and also as President of the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation, connecting and representing practice groups across Ontario with about 600 practitioners, and have also led our local practice group. I built and taught an upper-year law school course in Collaborative Practice at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. I would be pleased to discuss this revolutionary way of resolving family law issues with you in more detail, and how it can effectively and respectfully achieve your resolution goals while protecting your children and preserving a respectful working relationship with your separated spouse.

Comments

I have been extremely interested and excited about Collaborative since 2001, and have been actively practicing it since then. As I have accumulated training and experience, my skill-set and collaborative 'tool-box' have grown proportionally. That has given me great confidence that has proven to be an asset that drives the success of my collaborative cases, and has benefited my clients greatly.
