Comments

I became interested in collaborative law/divorce after witnessing the harm done to children through the litigation process. I knew there had to be a better way to seperate the married couple that would allow for the formation of two new healthy families. Perhaps, most importantly, is the fact that this process allows the parties to rebuild their lives in a way that they choose and does not usually lead to post-dissolution litigation.
