OtherWhen choosing a realtor there are numerous things to think about. To name a few you need to consider a track record of success, professionalism, availability, response, reputation, responsibility, and personality. As one of the top real estate agents in the Sacramento Valley, I pride myself on building a business built on referrals. This means that I excel in customer service, and all the other things mentioned above so that all of my clients and my clients friends and families can count on me to do a great job for them.
One thing I do for my selling clients is that I have their house photographed by a professional photographer at my expense. My photographer will also prepare a virtual tour of the property so that we can get an amazing web presence to insure that we reach the most buyers possible, and to help the buyers fall in love with the house before they walk through the door. Most buyers are searching on line looking at houses before they are even walking into the door with their Realtor. As a seller you want people to be in love before they walk in, so that once they walk in they are ready to buy that house. Your home will be seen all over the world via realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, sacbee.com, and thousands of other websites around the world. The Web is a great tool if used properly, but if your online presence is poor it could also be devastating to the sale of a home.
If you Google search me you will find my website www.jaysellssacramento.com where you will find testimonials as to the service I provide. you will find my personal and business Facebook pages, as well as find many reviews on Yelp.com and zillow.com as well. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask. Real estate is not only my livelihood, but also one of my great passions, thus the reason I chose to become a Realtor.
The average realtor is not a full time agent like me. The average realtor does not love their job like I do, and the average realtor doesn’t work like I do. Do you consider yourself average, or would your clients consider themselves average? I don't think they would. Therefore you do not want to refer your clients to an average Realtor to handle the sale or purchase of one of their most valuable assets. Most realtors sell 7 to 10 houses a year… In 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 I did 60 transactions per year and in 2015 I'm on track to do more than that. My great work ethic has led me to be a part of RE/MAX Internationals Platinum club from 2008- 2013. In 2013I changed companies to HomeSmart ICARE Realty where I am currently the #1 agent in the company. My great success in real estate has also led me to be a lifetime member of Placer Counties association of Realtors “Masters Club” which consists of the Counties top 10% of their Realtors where my sales actually push me to being in the top 1%. Selling this number of homes a year takes great work ethic, follow through, and diligence on my part. I work long work hours, I am constantly answering my phone, responding to text messages, and emails to help insure my clients always know what is going on. I try to always be accessible to my clients needs.
Should you want to see references, or speak to past clients of mine please let me know as I’m sure they will gladly speak with you about me. I look forward to the opportunity in helping you and your clients, and I look forward to answering any questions or concerns you may have. I really do love what I do and I know that when you and I start working together it will show.
