Designed to benefit new and seasoned attorneys who want to learn or would like a refresher in collaborative law,this training will provide “must know” information about the process of resolving disputes without going to court. A panel of experts from the financial, legal and mental health fields will offer practical advice. Presenters will use training materials from the International Association of Collaborative Practitioners and other sources. New and seasoned attorneys who want a refresher are encouraged to attend. Participants receive 15 CLE credits, cost is $799. This training will be held virtually.
